Helped re-structure programs to establish company as premier provider of high-performance wireless HD video and network services in the home through carrier market. Involved in company’s rapid deployment of access points and set-top-boxes to ATT, DirecTV, Verizon, Telefonica and other carriers with goal of ramping as rapidly as possible.

Revamped manual accounting processes and installed budgeting system including consolidations of international subs in Sidney, Taipei, Shanghai, and St. Petersburg. Hired new staff and eliminated external consulting resources. Designed systems and tools to give management critical information on timely basis.

Completed 2 years of audits and annual reports to public company reporting standards. Evaluated and recommended new ERP system to set company up for possible IPO.

Negotiated master purchase agreements, software licenses agreements and rebate agreements with over twenty carriers, OEMs and ODMs. Assisted in development of licensing business model to address secondary markets.

Sourced and negotiated $9.5M line of credit and $6M in term loan thereby avoiding an additional round of equity. Managed expenses below plan and cash above plan, meeting Board expectations.
